Award-winning restaurant & rooms on Loch Fyne
At Inver, the rhythms of Loch Fyne shape every plate and every moment. Settle into our shoreside bothies, savour seasonal tasting menus crafted from Scotland’s world-class larder, or join us for lunch for fresh langoustines. Here, let the landscape slow your pace and our team welcome you to our wild corner of Argyll and Bute.
UK’s best dining & stays on Scotland’s west coast
Inver is a true celebration of all that Scotland has to offer. For over a decade, our award-winning kitchen has showcased ingredients foraged from the hills and woods, seafood hauled from the loch, and produce grown by nearby partners. By night, retreat to our boutique bothies or Shepherd’s Huts, where breakfast arrives with views of the water and Old Castle Lachlan.

Seasonal tasting menus & a la carte lunches
Dinners are a journey – think hand-dived scallops, Highland beef from the nearby hillsides, wild garlic and seashore greens, rare spices and incredible chocolate. Lunches bring generous plates of Loch Fyne crab, whole grilled fishes, or meat and vegetables cooked over fire- with house-baked bread and our hand-made cultured butter.
